Used Part World acts solely as a marketplace platform and does not own, manufacture, inspect, store, certify, warrant, or guarantee every product listed by third-party sellers.
Transactions conducted through the marketplace may involve independent vendors who are solely responsible for the products they list and sell.
2. Eligibility
By using this website, you represent and warrant that:

- Fulfill orders promptly.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Sellers are solely responsible for their products, listings, customer service, warranties, shipping obligations, and legal compliance.
6. Prohibited Seller Activities
Sellers may not:

- Engage in fraud or deceptive practices.
- Manipulate reviews or ratings.
- Circumvent marketplace fees.

Used Part World reserves the right to remove listings and suspend seller accounts without prior notice.
7. Product Listings

While we encourage accuracy, Used Part World does not guarantee that product descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, inventory availability, compatibility information, or other content is complete, accurate, reliable, or error-free.
Product images are for reference purposes only and may differ from actual items received.
8. Vehicle Compatibility Disclaimer
Automotive parts may vary based on:
- Vehicle make
- Model

- Engine type
- Trim level
- Production date
- VIN specifications
Buyers are solely responsible for verifying compatibility before purchasing.
Used Part World shall not be responsible for incorrect purchases resulting from inaccurate compatibility assumptions, installation errors, or failure to verify fitment information.
9. Used and Salvage Parts Disclaimer
Many products offered through the platform may be:

- Recycled
- Salvaged

- Rebuilt
- Aftermarket
Such products may show signs of normal wear, cosmetic imperfections, age-related deterioration, or prior usage.
Unless specifically stated in the product listing, Used Part World does not guarantee that used parts will appear or perform like new products.
10. Pricing and Payments

11. Marketplace Fees

Failure to pay required fees may result in account suspension or termination.
12. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Used Part World and its sellers reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders for reasons including:

- Violation of platform policies
Cancellation of an order does not create liability against Used Part World.
